Candidate-Initiated Cancellations:

No refund will be provided if the process is cancelled by the candidate. This includes any voluntary withdrawal from the process at any stage.

Visa Cancellations:

No refund will be made if the visa is cancelled for any reason. This includes but is not limited to denial by the authorities, submission of incorrect or incomplete information, or any other issues related to visa processing.

Invoice-Specified Refunds:

Refunds will only be made if explicitly mentioned in the invoice. Please refer to your invoice for specific refund eligibility and conditions.
